Starting this position right after graduation, I joined the short-staffed art department at Rector-Duncan and Associates as an art director. Working closely with the account managers, I handled up to three projects at one time, thus always making sure time was used efficiently. With little supervision, I completed layouts, designs, and communication with the print shop regarding finalized revisions for various trade publications. With my technical knowledge, I was also given the task of maintaining web pages and was involved with the launch of a holiday greeting card program for the company. |
